Crack Every Test, is a leading ed-tech company, incorporated in India, for imparting learning. This privacy policy governs your use of the application ‘Crack Every Test’ (‘Android, iOS and Windows Application’), www.crackeverytest.com (‘Website’), and other associated applications, products, websites, and services managed by the Company.

User-Provided Information

The Application/Website/Services/products obtain the information you provide when you download and register for the Application or Services or products. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) of (a) use of our website www.crackeverytest.com (“Website”), our applications (“Application”) or any products or services in connection with the Application/, Website/products (“Services”) or (b) any modes of registrations or usage of products are between Crack Every Test (“Company/We/Us/Our”) and its users (“User/You/Your”). These Terms constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 thereunder, as amended from time to time.

Please read the Terms and the privacy policy of the Company (“Privacy Policy”) with respect to registration with us, the use of the Application, Website, Services and products carefully before using the Application, Website, Services or products. In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any other policies with respect to the Application or Website or Services or products, the provisions of the Terms shall prevail.

Limitation of Liability

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer, and they agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password. You may not misuse the services provided by Crack Every Test (including, without limitation, hacking, introducing viruses, or engaging in data breaches). Crack Every Test reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Crack Every Test also reserves the right to remove a student from the course for misbehaviour in the lectures, or on any medium made available for the communication between and to the students by Crack Every Test. In such a case, there shall be no refund awarded to the said student under any scenario. Misbehaviour in this context means the way of talking with or about any of the faculty, other students of any staff member of Crack Every Test over any medium whatsoever as well as sharing of Crack Every Test material without prior written permission. The final decision for this shall lie solely with Crack Every Test.

Platform Compatibility and Usage

Our course content is designed for flexibility in learning and can be accessed with limited features on our website, www.crackeverytest.com. For full feature access, students are encouraged to use our desktop software and mobile applications, available for Android and Apple devices. Please note the following compatibility requirements: the software is supported on all Apple devices except the MacBook Pro, on all Windows devices using Windows 10 or above, on all Android phones with Android 8.0 or higher, and on all iPhones/iPads with iOS 12 or higher. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices meet these requirements for optimal access and usage of our course materials.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Crack Every Test offers a conditional refund policy to ensure satisfaction while maintaining fairness in transactions. Students may request a refund within 24 hours of gaining access to a course, subject to a maximum of an 80% refund of the purchase price. Eligibility for a refund within this period requires a genuine reason, with the final decision at the discretion of Crack Every Test. Refund requests must be submitted only to the official support email id support@crackeverytest.com. Decisions by Crack Every Test regarding refunds are final and not due for further discussion. Students acknowledge that, regardless of the circumstance, they cannot hold Crack Every Test responsible beyond the scope of the refund policy. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time of course access.

Refund in case of incorrect purchase: Programs purchased will not be refunded, or changed to another program, on grounds of incorrect selection at the time of purchase.

Refund in case of special approval: Refund is possible only if applied within 24 hours of the purchase of the product; and the maximum refund amount is 80% of the fee received subject to approval of the refund. This is applicable across only classroom programs. For the other products, the refund is not available.

In case of purchase of a classroom program, if the books have been dispatched to the student, the refund shall be processed on receipt of the books from the student subject to the condition in which the books are returned. If the institute deems the books not in redistributable condition then the student’s package shall be changed to only books and the differential fees shall be refunded as per the refund calculation terms stated above and the books shall be returned to the student. The courier charges in this case are to be borne by the student and shall be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.

Feedback

Any feedback You provide with respect to the Application shall be deemed to be non-confidential. The Application shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, You represent and warrant that (i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of You or of third parties; (ii) the Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback; (iii) the Application may have something similar to the feedback already under consideration or in development; and (iv) You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from the Company for the feedback under any circumstances, unless specified.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be held responsible in any manner for any content provided by other users even such content is offensive, hurtful or offensive. Please exercise caution while accessing the Application.

The Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines made applicable to the Application from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and You with respect to Your access to or use of the Application, Website and the Services thereof.

Assignment

You cannot assign or otherwise transfer Your obligations under the Terms, or any right granted hereunder to any third party. The Company’s rights under the Terms are freely transferable by the Company to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your consent.

Severability

If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Any failure by the Company to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver by the Company of that provision or right.

Relationship

You acknowledge that Your participation on the Application, does not make You an employee or agency or partnership or joint venture or franchise of the Company.

By using the services provided by Crack Every Test, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
